Victoria Boggiano MD, MPH is an Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina (UNC) Department of Family Medicine, where she directs the family medicine acting intern course and is one of twelve residency core faculty. She has been working with Intend Health Strategies as a coach and trainer for interprofessional projects for the past decade. Her work has expanded to include delivering relational leadership content at Relational Leadership Institutes at the Oregon Health Sciences University, the University of Utah, and primarily at UNC through the Relational Leadership@Carolina program. She completed her undergraduate studies at Dartmouth University and received her medical degree from Stanford University. She hopes to improve the learning environment for learners at all stages by fostering improved teamwork, enhanced patient-centered care, and increased job satisfaction.
