Tandi Wilkinson is an emergency medicine physician who practices in the Canadian Arctic. She developed an interest in physician wellness as way of understanding of her own lived experiences. She won a University of British Columbia Rural Scholar research position, which allowed her to pursuit her interest in peer support. Aside from research she has also created and has been running experiential workshops on physician wellness, with a focus on creating a community of support for practitioners.
