Phoebe Long Franco, PhD

Research Scientist, The Center for Resiliency at Dell Children's Medical Center

Phoebe received her PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. As the Research Scientist for the Center, she utilizes quantitative and qualitative methods to understand how resiliency interventions influence healthcare professionals’ well-being and professional fulfillment. She also uses her background in education to design and implement resiliency trainings. Her research and writing can be read in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Clinical Psychology, Self and Identity, Learning and Individual Differences, Journal of Pediatric Nursing, and the online magazine Greater Good.
