Mary Tess Crotty is a quality lead for Genesis HealthCare, one of the largest companies providing post-acute and center-based memory support and long term care. She is instrumental in maintaining the Schwartz Rounds in ten Genesis Centers and in introducing the Compassionate Caregiver of the Year (feeding into the Schwartz Center’s recognition program) to the entire company. She currently focuses on the company’s quality and safety aim: “Compassion and Zero Harm.”
