Lisa specializes in systems change by partnering and leading efforts to institutionalize health equity within our Social Work and Quality and Safety departments. Lisa has co-created with community the American Indian Community Collaborative and has launched two community and patient experience initiatives, The First Gift, and American Indian Volunteer Cohort centering on equity.
