Dr. Jennifer Poole is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and University of California, Los Angeles. Currently she is the Medical Director for the Inpatient Hospice Program at Cedars-Sinai. Her areas of expertise are in Hospice and Palliative Care and Hospitalist Medicine. In 2017, she began the Schwartz Rounds Program at Cedars-Sinai and remains the Physician Leader for the program and plans Rounds at her institution. She also is the Physician Wellness Co-Ambassador for the Department of Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
