Anna Tomlinson graduated from Wellesley College with a BA in Art History and from Johns Hopkins with a BS in Nursing. She began working at Parkland Hospital as a nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit in 2011. She received her MSN as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2019 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2021, both from Duke University. She joined the Palliative Care service at Parkland Hospital in 2020.
